  • All doors and Windows are closed and locked

  • run sinks, toilets & upon request ensure house water is off (recommended if vacant)
  • check for obvious signs of water leaks from roof, walls, windows & fixtures
  • check the pool & equipment, water level filled properly & hose put away
  • check for obvious signs of broken sprinkler heads & completed lawn maintenance
  • check electrical panel for tripped breakers or signs of concern
  • bring in mail, packages & remove junk mail left on driveways or walkways
  • Photos from each visit emailed upon request!
